Background: Based on World Health Organization (WHO,2019) Maternal Mortality Rate is the number of maternal deaths caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum that become indicator women’s health level. mortality rate becomes one targets Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in reducing to be 70 per 100.000 live birth 2030. Aim: review evidence relate pregnant woman’s knowledge danger signs pregnancy. Method: this scoping used framework from Arksey O’Malley consisting conducting focus PEOS, literature searching using 3 databased identifying question, relevant article, selecting data charting, arranging as well summarizing reporting result. Result: The 10 article journal having Grade A B discuss about category knowledge, utilizing facilities, method improve knowledge. Conclusion: result primigravida’s still low compared multigravida, therefore it needs alternative pregnancy through counselling telemedicine.
